It is a refreshing treat that is low-fat, low-calorie, and is cholesterol-free.Chop the mango into small chunks before adding to the recipe so they will mix in quickly.Customize the smoothie to your personal taste by adding your favorite berries.Ingredients:1 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk1/4 cup orange juice1/4 cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed1 Tbsp. honey1/2 cup chopped, peeled mango1/2 cup frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or boysenberriesDirections:In a blender container combine soy milk, orange juice, egg product, and honey. Cover and blend for 10 seconds. Add mango and frozen berries. Cover and blend until mixture is smooth.Immediately pour into tall glasses.
