The price for three-bedroom homes start from $520,500, with four-bedroom homes starting from $570,500 and ranging in total size from 204sq m to 252sq m.Each terrace will include a multipurpose room, double garage, separate laundry, internal courtyard-style patio, open-plan living and a large deck space. The Newport masterplanned community has been designed, developed and evaluated against the Green Star rating system to meet standards of excellence across a wide range of environmental, economic and social sustainability measures. This will include a proposed 2.9ha eco-corridor and five parks and playgrounds, four of which are on the waterfront.
